Metroflex, located in Dallas, Texas, USA, is a facility recognized by bodybuilders as "The most hardcore training gym in America". This haven for iron and sweat, seemingly chaotic to those who first enter its' doors, is home to the likes of Branch Warren, Johnnie Jackson and Matt Kroczaleski, three of the strongest men alive. In the summer of 2010, I spent a day here, witnessing and recording these men in action. Their ability to tolerate pain is impressionable, their focus and intensity, invigorating and remarkable.
